I ordered the chicken shawarma plate with greek salad, rice, and they gave me fries instead of potatoes. The food arrived around 7:30 pm on Sunday November 18th, I finished eating around 8:00 pm; symptoms began around 8:30 pm with diahrea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

买了一些新鲜切片熟食肉（烤火鸡和 toupee 火腿），并在晚餐时做三明治。添加了冰山生菜、豪华番茄和枫叶预煮熟的培根（我们在将它添加到三明治之前加热）。这被放在整个西子包子上。我们还有迷你香草圣诞蛋糕作为甜点。在 2 小时内，我感到恶心，发冷，疼痛，然后呕吐四次，腹泻两次。这持续了两个小时。然后，早上我和我一样吃的妻子呕吐了（食用后约 6.5 小时）。不完全确定罪魁祸首是什么，但将来会避免 Sobeys 的熟食店。火鸡是全新的，在我面前开放了，但是当我到达那里时火腿已经打开了。肉是用切肉机剃掉的... 但是我们到了那里的时候相当晚，所以刀片可能没有清洁过，可能已经被交叉污染了。拉斯维加斯在吃饭之前被洗过。

2018 年 11 月 14 日星期三晚上 1730 分左右，我买了一顿培根双芝士汉堡餐。这是我那天早餐之外的第二顿饭。我吃了芝士汉堡 1 小时后，我出现了严重的胃痉挛、视力模糊、听力丧失、胳膊和腿发麻、大量出汗、失去平衡。我有 2 天的血腥腹泻，3 天后也出现了一些便秘和腹胀！！！我再也不会在那里吃东西了！！！！！！！！这可能会杀死一个小孩或老人！！！！！

我在 Costco 自助餐厅订购了凯撒沙拉然后马上吃了，4 小时后我出现了严重的腹部痉挛和恶心。我的肠子伤得太厉害了我差点昏倒了。我的整个身体都被汗水浸透了，我进出了意识。我大便流血，大约 2 小时后我感觉好多了，只是很累，有点不安。
