Ordered the $9.50 set for take way on 21/4/26 between 10-11pm

Shared fries with kids (no issue)

Ate chicken rice and scone and woke up at 214am to vomit

Subsequently feeling sick as per conditions listed above | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战, 头痛

I ordered a chicken bowl today, 14 April 2026. The ingredients were: cucumber, lettuce, cabbage, teriyaki eggplant, seaweed Wakame, corn, broccoli, egg mayo, yuzu sesame and cucumber mayo.

我今天早上大约7点55分去吃我的经济米粉。点了2盘米粉，加了鱼饼、卷心菜、长豆和辣椒江鱼仔。2小时后，我开始呕吐。然后腹泻来了。在我打字的时候，我已经呕吐了10多次。我腹泻了5次以上。无论我试图喝什么水和吃什么食物，很快就被吐出来了。更糟糕的是，今天是我的生日，我不得不取消我的约会，因为我太不舒服了，无法外出！
