A friend and I ate lunch on Oct 11th at the Wholefoods cold prepared food salad bar. We both became sick the next morning. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital where I stayed for 2 days. It's day 14 and I am still very sick.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I ate there for lunch. I had a BMT with Jalepenos, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, black olives on a herbs and cheese Italian bread.
I experienced stomach aches on my bus ride home from work. It turned out to be a couple diarrhea poops when I finally made it home.  | 症状: 腹泻

我从 utopia parkway 的纽约皇后区塔可钟那里得到了一个烤牛排软炸玉米饼。我有严重的腹痛，多次出现恶心腹泻和呕吐。我去了急诊室，医生告诉我这是食物中毒。她让我吃了平淡的饮食和治疗胃痛和恶心的药物。我喜欢 Taco Bell 但是经历了什么之后我再也不会去那里了。

Ate a cheeseburger and fries 10/22/17 and got severe diarrhea about an hour down the road, more that evening and even the next day. Will not eat fast food meat ever again....really felt bad  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
