我从沃尔玛购买了 Parle Hide n Seek，每盒装 6 包。吃了一包之后我发烧了一天。一个星期后我又吃了一半然后又发烧了。这次很糟糕，我头痛也很严重。第二天我注意到我一直在吃的这个巧克力曲奇的另一边有一些白木耳。我还有发烧和头痛。

Ate here yesterday lunchtime 12:30. Had iced tea Caesar Salad. Cheddar biscuits. Coconut Shrimp. Shrimp skewered. Broccoli & Shrimp pasta. Felt nausea about 3pm. Vomiting & diarrhea all night & major cramps. I can't think about Red Lobster without puking.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
