On 11/22/2017 8:45pm I had steak salad and loaded baked potatoe which tasted really bad like something was spoiled so I quit eating it after several bites when I realized it was odd tasting. I woke up at 7am not feeling well and puking and pooping! Both ends!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我的男友在 11 月 17 日把 Chipotle 带回家。他以大约 3 便士的价格吃了一块切碎的牛肉沙拉配奶酪和蔬菜。下午 5 点半，他有一波恶心和出汗。30 分钟后，他整夜都在厕所里呕吐和腹泻。几个小时结束。晚上 9 点我们雇了一名静脉注射护士，他病得很重。补水极大地帮助了他，但即使在今天，他仍然躺在床上生病。今天没有呕吐，但他非常酸痛和虚弱。

I ate the tofu/carnitas bowl with all the toppings, rice, pintos and grilled veggies.

Fries tasted very odd so i didnt finish them. Probably why I haven't thrown up but I do feel extremely nauseous, and bloated. Non stop burping with gas. Meat was a tad pink too. Second time feeling sick from this in-n-out, will not go back.  | 症状: Burping

It's 12:42 a.m. And I'm up vomiting. All I had to eat today was a salad and BBQ sandwich at IKEA. I've had nothing else besides water and coffee which I made at home so I'm 100% I got sick from IKEA food.  | 症状: 呕吐

大约 4 点半左右有一个芝士汉堡，我感到臃肿、痛苦和恶心。到晚上 10 点，我一直在呕吐。我快要去急诊室了，因为我病得很重，每次我打瞌睡时（这是午夜），我都会再次开始呕吐，并且担心吸入自己的呕吐物会窒息。我通常吃得很干净，但是想 “一个芝士汉堡会有什么危害？”事实证明，很多。我再也不会在汉堡王那里吃饭了。这简直太恶劣了。
