三只鸡肉炸玉米饼、温和普通的 picante 和带生菜的酸奶油之后出现了大规模的抽筋和现在的腹泻。是的生菜。:-/ 我已经好几年没吃过 chipotle 了，很高兴终于在新演出旁边有一个 chipotle 但是啊。太糟糕了。整晚都很痛。在那里吃饭大约 6 小时后开始。1/3/18

I had chipolte, a steak and chicken burrito with veggies, cheeses and black beans, on 12/3 and about 5 hours after eating I woke up and proceeded to vomit 7 times in 4 hour time span. I seem to be okay 24 hours later, though I still have slight stomach issues still.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 11 月 28 日星期二吃了素食沙拉作为午餐-（黑豆、普通米饭、蔬菜、Pico 和奶酪。）大约 6 小时后开始恶心。下班回家一小时后，我出现了水样腹泻，然后我开始呕吐 3 个小时，这非常剧烈。我有轻微的发烧，直到周四早上才发烧。直到星期四晚上我才感到恶心，然后我又吐了。在此之后我终于能够吃饭了。我还很虚弱，还没能吃饱饭。
