Ate the number one meal which is Two hard shell tacos with French fries. Had it around 8:00 pm and around 4 am I woke in a pool of sweat, head throbbing, and had thrown up three times. Diarrhea is ongoing right now and it’s been over 10 hours since I have eaten the food.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 出汗

18 年 11 月 27 日星期二我早上上班，我吃的最后一顿饭是在晚上 13 点。我回家下午 4 点吃了蛋白质奶昔。我在晚上 10 点左右进出帕萨迪纳，订购了 1 个双倍做得好的烤洋葱，1 个双双蛋白质风格的没有洋葱和一个做得好的薯条。我也有一个柠檬起来。我在 6 点左右吃了食物，因为开车穿过线路太长了。无论如何，食物味道很好，通常是进出的美味。我睡在凌晨 1 点左右，早上 645 分醒来去上班。我醒来时感觉虚弱、恶心和昏昏欲睡。比我早上平时做的要多。我考虑过要求下班，但是我没有呕吐，也没有发烧，所以我还是决定去上班。现在是 942am，我仍然感到虚弱和疲倦，我有轻微的冲动去第二名。昨晚进出进食之前我没有感冒或生病，这些症状很严重。我妈妈也有两个蛋白质风格的双打做得很好没有洋葱，但是我没有和她谈过她的健康状况。
