我在下午 1 点左右订购了一个 tri tip 三明治，里面有香菜奶油和薯条。我和姐姐和她的男朋友一起去了，他们都点了同样的东西，但没有香菜奶油，还加了奶酪。我注意到当我们所有的三明治都出来时，我的肉比他们的肉轻一点，看起来更胖。我想我刚得到一块更胖的东西。但是 4 小时后，我开始出现胃痉挛。直到它们变得更糟并开始在我体内引起寒战、头晕和发烧之前，没想太多。然后我得了可怕的腹泻在我讲话的时候还在继续
