我和同事在 2020 年 9 月 16 日下午 12 时 30 分在这里吃午饭我们每个人都有完全独立的食物类型：1 个熊猫碗与面条和北京牛肉，1 个熊猫碗 1/2 炒饭 1/2 蔬菜，甜火鸡胸肉，每个人都有一个小饮料。

我们单独付款，但准备我们食物的人是同一个人。收银员同时处理我们包装的食物和吸管。他还充满了我们的饮料。

我因恶心、头痛和整体疲劳而回去工作，同事因胃痛病回家，即使在第 2 天也没有恢复。

它只能是以下内容之一：
1.整个食品区受到污染
2.用于饮料污染的水
3.收银员和/或食品准备员被污染。

Had Turkey plate, with mashed potato and cheesy broccoli. One hour later I started having diarrhea so bad I barely made it to the bathroom. Didn’t have any other food so I know it was from this food. Tried to call the restaurant to report but couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone.  | 症状: 腹泻
