The last 3 times my fiancé has eaten at this chipotle he has gotten sick. The first two times gave him diarrhea and this most recent time (4/18/19) caused vomiting about an hour after eating a chicken burrito.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

我们的家人在 2019 年 4 月 6 日星期六下午 5 点 15 分去了约翰的不可思议的披萨。我们在下午 5 点 30 分左右吃了。我吃了沙拉-蔬菜，生菜，西兰花，胡萝卜，鹰嘴豆，花椰菜，蘑菇和牧场调味料。我有一片阿尔弗雷多披萨和一片 Pesto 披萨。我有健怡可乐，蛋糕筒上有一份旋转的巧克力和香草软饮料。我自己，我的兄弟和他的妻子第二天早上 7 点左右都生病了。它始于疼痛、胃痉挛、胀气，然后出汗、发冷、腹泻和呕吐。从 2019 年 4 月 7 日星期日到今天，即 4 月 10 日，我们生病了。我还有胃痉挛，不能吃太多东西。我们所有人都消费的唯一共同食物是阿尔弗雷多披萨和一些沙拉浇头。

My husband and I both ate a crunch wrap supreme and a chalupa supreme on 3/4/19 at 6pm. That night we were up sick and could not keep anything down. We both experienced nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. Our symptoms lasted about 18-20 hours  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

On the 18th of Nov. I purchased 2 crab cakes at the seafood deli. I cooked them that night, over the recommended time to be safe. That night(2hrs later) I had awful abdominal pain. It continued all night. The next morning it also included nausea & vomiting.… 更多
