Went to eat at 230pm. Wed Oct 9.
Then ate a Oh Berry Bowl at Everbowl Mission Valley.

I had a grilled chicken teriyaki sandwich no cheese around 3:00pm. Woke at at 1:30 super nauseous, about to puke and stuck on the toilet. I'm certain that's what it was, i want to puke thinking about it and I didn't eat anything else.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

September 24th bought ‘Power to the greens’ salad mix along with butter lettuce in bag. I bought TJ turkey burgers and TJ organic ranch dressing. Made salad with all of the above. Wednesday morning stomach was beyond upset. Carried into Thursday and finally has somewhat settled down… 更多
