我订购了没有杏仁或蔓越莓的 Saved Drake Farm 沙拉，然后在 12:30 左右吃了沙拉。下午 1 点 45 分左右，我开始出现腹泻。到同一天下午 6 点，我开始呕吐，它一直持续到第二天早上。我也有身体疼痛和低级发烧。
沙拉午餐在 12-1 点之间呕吐时间在 5-6 小时内开始呕吐腹泻恶心痉挛也从凌晨 2 点至 9 点

I had a double cheese burger and some fries....30-45 minutes later I had bad cramping and diarrhea. I went to the nearest Home Depot. Thank God the bathroom was nice and clean because I spent another 45 minutes in the bathroom with diarrhea. Never again will I… 更多

I got a burrito bowl on wednesday aug 14 with chicken, white rice, lettuce, roasted corn and sour cream. I started eating it around 1ish. My symptoms did not show up until i got home and around 7ish i vomited and was feeling not well. Still not feeling well. Having diarrhea 3 times this morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Bought "fresh" Royal Amethyst oysters from Whole Foods this morning. Shucked the first half dozen and they were completely dry, withered and smelled dead. Threw the whole bunch in the trash. Don't live close enough to hassle with returning them.  | 症状: 恶心
