6 月 26 日星期三和朋友共进午餐，发现我的牛排味道很奇怪，所以我停止吃了然后把它扔掉了。那天晚上晚些时候，我在寒冷中醒来，汗湿透了，也很恶心。现在是星期五了，我还在出现症状。

我的朋友没有生病，家里没有人在那里吃饭但其他所有东西都一样的人也没有生病。，只有我吃了味道很有趣的牛排所以我停止吃它的人生病了

我订购了两个炸玉米饼和一个照烧碗。我妈妈也有炸玉米饼，但感觉还不错，所以我相信我生病的原因是因为碗。我在晚上 8 点左右吃了东西，立刻被水样的大便 x4 和呕吐物 x2 惊醒了。我目前患有寒冷/身体出汗、恶心，我的整个身体都在疼痛中对吧。
