Went to In N Out Burger in Mountain View at 10.45pm, had a cheeseburger with onion and fries. Got home and 2 hours later, started violently throwing up. Couldn’t stop. Have been shaking and sweating and having horrible diarrhea too. Absolutely convinced this was from the burger.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我和我丈夫刚去商店看望，但是只有我尝过样品，所以那天晚上只有我生病了。那是下午 3 点。然后那天晚上我感觉到我的胃在隆隆，所以那天晚上，有腹泻然后第二天凌晨 2 点 30 分左右腹泻和呕吐物，然后第二天叫病假上班，然后整天躺在床上感觉虚弱、寒冷、发烧和肌肉疼痛。

9 月 26 日下午 6 点 30 分，我订购了一个蛋白质风格的双层芝士汉堡，里面有做得很好的薯条。第二天我生病了。疲劳、发冷、身体疼痛和发烧开始。然后食欲不振和腹泻。胃痉挛和更持续的腹泻。2 天后仍然有所有症状。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 身体疼痛, 抽筋, 寒战, 食欲不振

I purchased a happy meal cheeseburger and a Coke after one hour my stomach started hurting real bad I had diarrhea and I started throwing up now in bed I called the restaurant they told me if I go to the hospital to give them a call  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate there around 6:45 on Wednesday, September 26th, 2018. I ordered a burrito with carnitas and steak, cheese, guacamole, rice, and beans.
