I went to Wingstop yesterday at about 7:15 pm and order a large boneless combo consisting of lemon pepper and barbeque wings. I started vomiting at 2:15 am. I would then get cycles of having to get out of bed to vomit or diarrhea. Its 10 am now and these cycles still haven't sopped.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

我现在已经病了 3 天了，现在还是病了。伴有腹泻、恶心、呕吐、发烧和脱水。我几乎不能喝水。不能吃东西或想吃东西。感觉很虚弱。很难快速开车把我的儿子送到学校而不用急着去洗手间。我去看医生并得到了一些药物，但是不能让他们失望。这真是一场噩梦。

I may have to see a doctor. I had a chicken burrito bowl for lunch, and I'm sick - nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Something tasted horribly off, and I got a chunk of something with an odd texture that I had to spit out. I feel increasingly ill as time passes.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
