Went to an event Thursday night, 9/5. The food for the small plates was purchased at this store...I indulged. Friday around 1 pm is when the first diarrhea issues showed face, it’s been an awful weekend in and out of bathroom. 26 times Friday night alone.

Coworker and I ate tacos on Wednesday 14th August. We have both been sick for over a week, 2 persons sick. Symptoms presented symptoms presented themselves 12 hours after consumption of the tacos. 第一个问题是我没有对我的食物成本撒谎。我尝试了 “你买两个” 选项，然后问它要花多少钱。收银员说，价格将在 7 美元左右。我得到了半个卡普雷塞三明治和一小杯西兰花切达干酪汤，还有一杯冰咖啡，预计 10 到 12 美元。订单以 17 美元的价格出来。我得到了少量可笑的食物，当我咬一口三明治时，我知道它出了点问题（我相信 “晒干的” 西红柿已经腐烂了，尽管它可能是另外一回事了。在一天剩下的时间里，我的胃痛绝对是致命的，在工作中把所有的东西都扔掉了。现在一天后，胃痛仍在持续，我不得不（说得好）其他胃和肠问题。（仅供参考，我知道事实上食物中毒是由 Panera 引起的，因为那是我过去三周内唯一一次外出就餐的机会。在过去的几周里，我只吃了干、包装和其他非餐厅食物。我真诚地希望对此有所作为，因为食物中毒对于很多人来说可能是一个主要的健康问题（尤其是在 Panera 这样的地方）。

lunchtime, Friday 6/7/19, ate chicken nuggets and french fries. started feeling nausea that evening. Couldn't get out of bed all weekend. Diarrhea for about 1.5 days and nausea for 5 days total. Lost 7.5% of my body weight by the time it was all said and done.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

运行巨石博尔德一个同事后，她的男朋友和我决定吃河粉。我吃的唯一不同的东西是越南蛋卷。当我回家时，我决定睡觉。我醒来，我的胃里有一个奇怪的不适，变成了痛苦的痛苦。然后，我的房间开车送我去医院，在那里我得到了止痛药，并采取了猫扫描，以确保它没有任何紧迫的东西。在收到报告后，我的医生得出结论，这是一种食物出生的疾病，很可能是食物中毒。我出院后，我打电话给我的同事，确保他们没有发生食物中毒。幸运的是，他们没有生病，因为食物。现在我正在尝试做正确的事情，并向餐厅和食品服务部门报告。我希望这个问题能够得到解决，因为我不希望我忍受我最坏的敌人的痛苦。
