I went to Chipotle around 2:30-3 PM on 4/10/19. I ordered the chicken burrito with white rice, cheese and hot sauce. A little after eating it, I started to feel sick. I am now on the 5th day and still feel horrible.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a "flamethrower" burger from Dairy Queen and a blizzard. I'm not sure which it was that made me Ill, I ate the meal at approx 8pm. Nausea began suddenly at 1:30am, then extreme vomiting at 2am  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
