Chicken burrito bowl, white rice, pinto beans, sour cream, cheese, pico de gallo, corn, lettuce that had been sitting in water. I have been vomiting and still have diarrhea every 30 mins since 5am. I ate at 830pm last night  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I went to McDonald's got some hot and spicies the mayonnaise on the sandwich was bad and I was sick the next day and that night. I also had this issue with the Brush Colorado McDonald's, although the brush McDonald's was understanding remade my sandwiches without mayo and then gave me mayo packets.  | 症状: 腹泻

我要求他们正确地重制我的墨西哥卷饼，经理把制造商拉到拐角处，但我能听见她提到我的墨西哥卷饼要求，制造商说，“好的明白了”，然后在吃完几个小时后对她说，我现在生病了食物中毒！请记住，我从事护理已有 20 年了。这个地点的声誉一直很差，但是我又给了它一次机会。自上次访问以来，我的食物中还发现了相当大的骨头。
