Haven’t ate since lunch 5/16/18. Grabbed a chicken little combo today for lunch around12:50, around three I started to become nauseous and puked all the kfc and some water out at 5:45 this is the only thing I’ve ate today 5/17/18 and the only thing that came out  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

早上 9:30 左右挑选早餐卷饼。11:30 左右开始感觉不舒服，在下午 4 点左右因发烧、发冷和呕吐而恶化。墨西哥卷饼之后什么也没吃，前一天晚上也没吃。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战

5/13/18 The manager told me the cook had burned the first pizza so another was being made. I was the only person in my family who ate it. Soon after I didn’t feel well. 8 hours later I started throwing up, diarrhea came next, now I have both. I’ve been sick for 4 days now and missed school.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

5/13/18 around 5:30pm. Ate at the bar, ordered a glass of wine, calamari. Main course: grilled salmon w/pesto sauce, garlic potatoes, and spinach. Had molten lava cake for desert as well. Both calamari and desert shared with girlfriend who was not sick. Around 10pm diarea and vomiitting… 更多
