就在 3-4 小时前，我订购了一个著名的肯德基碗盒。继续吃完饭后我注意到鸡肉味道不对。质地味道陈旧又脆。我不得不把它吐出来，这是我第一次无法从肯德基吃完饭。现在已经过了 3-4 个小时，我开始发冷，我突然在马桶上撒水，胃痉挛最严重。

Ate there at 2:00 pm and started feeling sick at 8:00 pm. Threw up at 12:00 am and then 1.5 hours for a total of 6 times. Also had diarrhea. The worst stomach illness I’ve ever had.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
