我有一个碗：半个鸡肉，一半牛排，米饭，queso，西红柿，中等调味料，生菜，奶酪丝和沙拉酱。我在 2017 年 12 月 20 日星期三上午 11 点 30 分左右吃了它。那天下午 4 点 30 分左右，我开始感到胃痛，感到恶心。大约 5 点左右，我去了洗手间，那是腹泻开始的时候。我 7 点左右回到家后，腹泻会继续呕吐。每 10 分钟我就会有一次腹泻。晚上 11 点 45 分左右情况更糟，我同时在呕吐和腹泻。今天，12 月 21 日，我醒来时头疼得非常严重，但是没有腹泻或呕吐的时刻。吃完药后头痛消失了，但是有时我仍然感到恶心，我的胃感觉很奇怪。

今天，2017 年 11 月 30 日，我吃了鳄梨调味酱绿色沙拉后病得很重。在我吃完沙拉之前，我开始严重抽筋和腹泻。不用说我没吃完沙拉。除了其他两个症状之外，我现在还要走上头痛的道路。再也不会有 Sweetgreen 了。
