晚上 8 点左右有一个 asiago 牧场鸡肉俱乐部，在生产线移动时，他们不得不等待大约 10 分钟才能做到。直到早上 8 点左右才感觉还好，醒来时会出现剧烈呕吐、腹泻、硫磺打嗝、头痛。现在下午 2 点感觉还不错，但很痛苦。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, Burping

周日晚上，我和家人在晚餐时吃了鸡肉辣酱玉米饼馅（山姆俱乐部准备的那些）。我们以前几次吃过它们。我的儿子是星期一早上第一个生病的人，然后是我的丈夫，然后是我自己。我整个早上都发冷，肚子受伤了，但是到了下午 4 点，我们都生病了然后呕吐了。这是一次糟糕的经历。

My husband and I shared a burrito with barbacoa, brown rice, black beans, cheese, and lettuce at around 7:00pm. We both woke up around 5 in the morning. I had diarrhea every 10 minutes for 2 hours and my husband vomited 3 times.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Ate here on a business trip. My partner and I had steak and lobster. We both ended up very sick for several days. It was the only meal we ate that day so we're sure this was the place. Came highly recommended. Very disappointing.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ate there on Monday, June 26th at 6:30pm. It is important to note that other than a cookie and cup of coffee on a Delta flight I did not eat anything or anywhere else the entire day, so it had to have been from here.
