Got an asiago ranch chicken club at around 8 PM, had to wait about 10 minutes for them to make it while the line moved. Felt okay until about 8 AM, woke up to violent vomiting, diarrhea, sulfur burps, headache. Feeling somewhat okay now, at 2PM, but in pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Burping

I ate at 1pm today at the Wendy's on Martin Luther king boulevard. I ordered a small fry , a ceasar salad and a 6pc nugget . I ate the fries and the Caesar salad an about an hour later I had feelings of nausea . Shortly after my stomach started cramping and I began vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ate here on a business trip. My partner and I had steak and lobster. We both ended up very sick for several days. It was the only meal we ate that day so we're sure this was the place. Came highly recommended. Very disappointing.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ate there on Monday, June 26th at 6:30pm. It is important to note that other than a cookie and cup of coffee on a Delta flight I did not eat anything or anywhere else the entire day, so it had to have been from here. I ate dinner at around 8:30 pm on May 30th. I woke up at around 3 am on May 31st to let my dogs outside and started getting severe stomach pains soon after.
