I ate at 1pm today at the Wendy's on Martin Luther king boulevard. I ordered a small fry , a ceasar salad and a 6pc nugget . I ate the fries and the Caesar salad an about an hour later I had feelings of nausea . Shortly after my stomach started cramping and I began vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

My husband and I shared a burrito with barbacoa, brown rice, black beans, cheese, and lettuce at around 7:00pm. We both woke up around 5 in the morning. I had diarrhea every 10 minutes for 2 hours and my husband vomited 3 times.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate here on a business trip. My partner and I had steak and lobster. We both ended up very sick for several days. It was the only meal we ate that day so we're sure this was the place. Came highly recommended. Very disappointing.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ate there on Monday, June 26th at 6:30pm. It is important to note that other than a cookie and cup of coffee on a Delta flight I did not eat anything or anywhere else the entire day, so it had to have been from here. I ate the lobster and fettuccine alfredo. I had the olives as an appetizer.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I ate dinner at around 8:30 pm on May 30th. I woke up at around 3 am on May 31st to let my dogs outside and started getting severe stomach pains soon after. On March 19, 2017, I got sick after eating from Chick-fil-a at the Oglethorpe mall. I had the 3 count chicken strip meal with a tea. Since my husband also had fries and a tea, I must have gotten sick from the chicken strips.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
