Pork burrito bowl for myself and my wife on Feb 22, 2018 at around 2pm. Black beans, carnitas, tomatillo and mild salsa, corn and lettuce. Both of us developed nausea and diarrhea starting about 18 hrs after having meal at the store.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I had dinner on Feb 19th, 2018. Ordered Gang Phet Talay - noodles, clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops and crab. An hour and a half after dinner i experienced, abdominal pains, vomiting and diarrhea. It lasted a couple of hours. I was fine the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a chicken bowl with everything. Next morning, I felt nauseous and started having diarrhea. I’m almost positive it’s caused by chipotle, because last time I ate there, I had the same feeling the morning after, also.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I had a salad with carnitas, mild and medium salsa, and guac for dinner on January 9, 2018. I woke up multiple times in the night with horrible stomach pains. I finally got up at 5am feeling dehydrated and had diarrhea. My stomach pains and sickness continued throughout the day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
