星期三下午 6 点吃了。周四凌晨 4 点之前胃部不适。周四上午 9 点开始发烧和寒战。严重的头痛、发烧（102）和发冷持续存在。周五下午 6 点，呕吐和腹泻开始并持续整夜。周六开始恢复。没胃口，周日有点恶心。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 寒战, 食欲不振

我有一个鸡肉卷饼碗，里面有豆类、糙米、pico、酸奶油、奶酪、玉米和生菜。五个小时后，我感到疲劳、恶心、身体疼痛和发冷。第二天我在床上睡觉，精疲力尽。我吃饭后 27 小时腹泻开始了，我整晚都在厕所里。还能感觉到原来的症状。
