我吃了一个带薯条和 rootbeer 苏打水的双 smashburger。味道非常好，但是我一回到家就感到非常臃肿，得到同样东西的 4 个朋友也是如此。我有点臃肿，好像有点不舒服，不是我吃得太多。然后我去洗手间腹泻不好，后来我的室友也去了。剩下的时间我感到头晕目眩，恶心。我希望明天能消失。

Ate two sausage burritos and drank a caramel frappe. A couple hours later, I started to get stomach cramps and a fever. I got diarrhea and started throwing up. It has been two days now and I haven’t been able to keep down any food.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
