下班后午夜左右和几个同事一起吃了。我有法式吐司、煎饼、香肠、培根和鸡蛋。自从我不得不购物以来凌晨 3 点左右上床睡觉，凌晨 5 点回来时胃部剧烈疼痛，感到恶心。躺在床上每 15 分钟跑到洗手间，最后在早上 9 点呕吐。我感觉好一点，但腹泻还在发生。不幸的是，我今天必须上班。
