I ate a sushi salad from the to go sushi section. I bought it Saturday night and ate it right when I got home. I woke up at 2 am with horrible nausea. I began vomiting at 6am and it continued to vomit until 2pm. Needless to say, my Easter was completely ruined as I could not get out of bed all day.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate March 24th 2018 at about 8pm. I ate a ribeye steak cooked medium and had a baked potato and side salad with blue cheese dressing. I also ate a handful of peanuts but didn’t eat any rolls  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
