I was uncomfortable when my food arrived and it was basically at room temperature, after an extremely long wait. The waitress also had filthy fingernails which totally disgusted me. I never thought I would get so sick, this was shocking.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Medium size mint oreo blast ordered, noticed that the drink had so much menthol taste couldnt finish it. A couple hours later im having water diarrhea , dark green and smells like gross menthol. 6 bouts in a 40 min period. Going to take medicine now. Seriously sonic. Seriously.  | 症状: 腹泻

My boyfriend and I both purchased a meal from wendys.I purchased a number 8 and he purchased a number two . It was wednesday 9/13/17 at night time. We woke up throwing up early that morning and with diarrhea. Our stomache is still killing us and I plan on going see a doctor now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
