我在 2019 年 10 月 9 日今天下午 3 点左右下午 2 点 50 分左右在这个地方吃了东西。我吃了 10 块鸡块饭。到下午 3 点 58 分，在回家的路上，我注意到一个可怕的胃痛伴随着抽筋，包括头痛，走向我家后我感到恶心，差点呕吐。等到我进去躺了几下的时候，我几乎一直在呕吐，但是它不会出来，然后几分钟后，整顿饭都从我的嘴和鼻子里出来了，然后扔了起来，我也向自己撒了便。
