steak burrito, It was my 32 year old son. I treated him to lunch at this location this afternoon around 2:45pm. He had a steak burrito; I had a chicken burrito. Shortly after that he became suddenly nauseous and by about 3:45 he was throwing up while I was driving him back to his apartment.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心

Ate a chicken and steak bowl at chipotle with rice beans sour cream and cheese and had guacamole and chips on the side and got sick instantly afterwards, I got sick and my 4 year old is complaining of stomach cramps but she hasn’t gotten sick yet . She only ate a little .  | 症状: 呕吐, 抽筋

不知道我是不是从 Chipotle 那里得到的，但是在吃完鸡碗后一个小时内，就被可怕的腹泻击中了。昨晚，我发烧得很厉害。30 小时后还因发冷和腹泻而生病。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 寒战

I ate a veggie bowl. Black beans, brown rice, veggies, mild salsa, guacamole. Order the same thing every time I go. Never had a problem until today.  | 症状: 腹泻

有一个鸡肉卷饼配糙米、酸奶油、奶酪、生菜和温和的莎莎酱。出现胃痛并连续大约 4 个小时开始呕吐和腹泻。两天后还感觉不好。其他几个朋友也有同样的结果。我再也不会吃了 Chipotle 了。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 胃痛
