I got a burritto bowl with white rice, pinto beans, veggies, mild, sour cream, corn; lettuce and Guac. After eating it I immediately felt sick and still do. I had diarreah and nausea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

18 年 7 月 16 日吃了。消耗的食物：沙拉配家常调味料、面包棒、马苏里拉棒，然后用奶油蘑菇酱和鸡肉煎蛋制作自己的意大利面。几个小时后出现腹泻和呕吐的症状。半夜醒来时胃痛导致呕吐。  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛

My aunt got sick with diarrhea and vomiting for 1 day after eating salad from Macdonald..this happen on Friday July 6 around 2pm after ate the grill chicken salad. 1hour later her felt sick and start vomiting and diarrhea..  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
