I got a burritto bowl with white rice, pinto beans, veggies, mild, sour cream, corn; lettuce and Guac. After eating it I immediately felt sick and still do. I had diarreah and nausea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ate on 7/16/18. Food consumed: salad with house dressing, bread sticks, mozzarella sticks, and create your own pasta- with crramy mushroom sauce and chicken fritta. Symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting a few hours after. Awoke in the middle of the night with stomach pain leading to vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

My aunt got sick with diarrhea and vomiting for 1 day after eating salad from Macdonald..this happen on Friday July 6 around 2pm after ate the grill chicken salad. 1hour later her felt sick and start vomiting and diarrhea..  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
