6/4/18 订购的晚餐：草莓冰沙和玉米杂烩配面包。到晚上 11 点，疼痛的腹泻伴有发烧，出汗，呕吐，头晕，整夜抽筋，睡眠不多，在两者之间没有太多的睡眠者上厕所。终于醒来跑回厕所，还有更多的抽筋以为我会死于痛苦。迄今为止，整个体验都很糟糕，我将打电话给 Panera，让他们知道我还剩下多少有趣的晚餐!

Had the mild wings. In hindsight I should have noticed that they weren't hot and were probably sitting under the heat lamp waiting to be drizzled in sauce. Literally 20 minutes after I ate felt nauseous on the ride home and threw up. Felt a lot better after throwing up the wings.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Today I got the six peri peri wings. I ate them when I got home at 2 but for the rest of the day my stomach hurt subtly. I tried to eat and sleep but it only made me feel worse.
