我和我的朋友去了 Little Big Diner 吃午饭，我们俩都把鸡肉拉面和水一起吃了。那是我们当天唯一的一餐，因为 3 小时后我们都有胃痛、恶心呕吐和第二天剧烈腹泻。

我打电话给餐厅，留下了语音留言，但他们再也没有给我回电话。

我没看医生，因为我丈夫是个医生。

Ate my dip and when I got home my stomach killed I thought it was just because they put a bit to much so continued eating my salad and was sick for 4 days vomiting & in bathroom for hours  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐
