Purchased quarter pounder with cheese and French fries with ice tea. Within an hour of eating i was getting stomach cramps and 3 hours laters vomiting and diarrhea. This lasted for approximately 7 hours. Today I seem to be doing better.  | 症状: 呕吐, 抽筋, 腹泻

9 year old daughter went for a class field trip on Monday, June 3rd. She had cookie dough ice cream in the afternoon, around 2pm. By 5pm she had horrible diarrhea and by 7:30pm she was vomiting. Wasn't able to keep anything down until the following day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Me and friend ate chicken parmesan and him a shake with and we both got sick after eating it. Also another occasion. tonight ate a shake and again diarrhea 2 hours after eating. This has happened 2 times in 2 weeks, 2 hours after eating  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

They ate burgers there were 3 that got burgers and 1 that got chicken the only one that was not sick was the one who had chicken, 3 people got sick, about 3 to 4 hours after eating and they all got sick around the same time  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻
