August 22 2017. 830 pm. Burger with pickles lettuce onion and fries. Bun was very soggy. Place was a mess with all tables needing cleaning. Floors were sticky. Disgusting place.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

早上 10 点吃了鸡蛋煎蛋卷。凌晨 1:30 呕吐、发烧、抽筋、腹泻和恶心。非常虚弱。差点晕了所以我在汽车旅馆的地板上躺了 20 分钟。已经在床上两天脱水但喝了佳得乐和维生素液。呕吐已经停止，但仍然非常虚弱，睡得很多。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 脱水, 弱点

Ordered from this store 4 times and each time got diarrhea and stomach cramps after. Until the last few times, I have never had any problems. Both my husband and I have been experiencing this problem and I won't be ordering Dominos for a while, which is sad because I love their pizza  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
