August 22 2017. 830 pm. Burger with pickles lettuce onion and fries. Bun was very soggy. Place was a mess with all tables needing cleaning. Floors were sticky. Disgusting place.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate egg omelet at 10 am . 1:30 am vomiting, fever, cramping, diarrhea and nausea. Very weak. Almost fainted so I layer on the floor in motel for 20 minutes. Have been in bed for two days dehydrated but drinking Gatorade and vitamin fluids. Vomiting has ceased but very weak still and sleeping lots.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Weakness

Ordered from this store 4 times and each time got diarrhea and stomach cramps after. Until the last few times, I have never had any problems. Both my husband and I have been experiencing this problem and I won't be ordering Dominos for a while, which is sad because I love their pizza  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Went to chipotle with my husband and 3 daughters for lunch before going to the Crayola experience. We were expecting a much different experience for $20/ticket. Shortly after we entered it became a non stop bathroom rotation with severe stomach cramps and profuse sweating.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Sweating
