Ordered white rice, black beans, steak, sauce, sour cream, and lettuce. Glass of water. Within 2 hours...severe diarrhea. I've that exact same meal many times before without a problem. This time though...it made me sick.  | 症状: 腹泻

2017 年 3 月 19 日，我去了明尼苏达州苹果谷的 Red Robin。我有一个汉堡和薯条。晚餐后，病得很重，睡了12个多小时，出现了高烧、抽筋和严重恶心。我无法进行日常生活活动，胃痛导致功能受损。我的朋友也和我一起吃饭，对他的汉堡也有非常相似的反应。

Stopped there Friday afternoon around 1 pm. Got a chicken, ranch, asiago club with small fries and lemonade. Started feeling woozy around 6 pm and threw up the first time about 730 Missed half of the Miranda lambert concert due to running up to the bathroom all night  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate on Saturday March 11, both the wife and I got a chicken burrito with white rice, lettuce, black bean, cheese sour cream. I got green chili she got guacamole and on sunday we both came down with the same symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐
