Ate Panda Express on Saturaday for dinner and had massive belly ache about 4 hours later. Was throwing up for about 4 hours after that and ever since then, I've had black diarrhea and stool for the past 3 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I bought the bag of frozen mixed berries last night. I opened them this morning and put them into a smoothie. I was feeling fine until about 30 min after eating the smoothie. About 2 hours after eating it, I threw it up.  | 症状: 呕吐

I ate a bowl with: white rice, chicken, mild and medium salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Within the hour I had stomach cramps and diarrhea. It is now the next day and I am still experiencing stomach discomfort and diarrhea.
