I ate there yesterday. Had a chicken burrito. 2 hours after that my stomach was in alot of pain and i was vomiting. Fever and body aches i could not get up and walk. Every fluid i drank i threw up. Im still in alot of pain… 更多

5 月 31 日我们参加了 6 人聚会。我们晚上 9 点左右到了。我的男朋友点了特价菜单上的鸡肉辣酱玉米饼馅。没有其他人订购那道菜，也没有人生病。我们在回房间的路上晚上 10 点左右吃完饭，我的男朋友开始说他感觉过饱和热。我们在晚上 11 点之前不久回到房间，他病得很厉害。他有极度的胃痛、恶心、发冷和感觉很热。他每小时呕吐几次，直到凌晨 5 点左右。在此期间他无法保持水量。那天早上晚些时候，他能够减少一些液体。星期六晚上，他放下了一些盐碱和 2 根香蕉。周日早上，他感觉好多了，有两个来自星巴克的平淡糕点。他认为这不在他的系统范围内，他（事后看来愚蠢地）吃了一片奶酪披萨和美食广场的 Pepper 博士。这是他最后一次呕吐后的下午 5 点 30 分和 36 小时左右。他在 6:15 左右回到我们的房间然后又开始呕吐。他直到晚上 11 点才能保持饮水。我在 6 月 1 日星期六向他们的安全部门作了报告。
