今天早上 10 点左右，我在开车经过的过程中只订购了一个中摩卡冰咖啡奶油和英式培根鸡蛋和奶酪。我吃了 2 口，鸡蛋的味道不一样，质地就像糊状。我不能吃它。几个小时后，我的胃开始严重受伤，我开始虚弱，晚上开始呕吐恶心，我终于停止呕吐了，但我仍然有严重的胃痛和恶心。

I had my usual: salad w/ half chicken half steak, brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, corn, little guac, and little cheese w/ their dressing. I used a free coupon they sent me as well. I had it around 12pm, then had body aches and a fever later that night around 8, haven't thrown up, bad diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
