客户访问了 19 年 2 月 9 日；晚上 10 点；订购了 Chipotle Chicken Melt；Tender Platter；x2 Freestyle 可乐。在离开电影院的几个小时内，顾客忍受了食物中毒症状、抽筋、呕吐、大便松动等几个小时。买家在下单前当天没有食用任何其他食物。第二天，客户联系电影院报告事件，与妮可进行了交谈；由于交易用尽，要求全额退款 42.00 美元 A-List 奖励；被告知必须返回电影院才能解决问题，因为电影院距离客户地址有 40 英里，包括价值约 40 美元的影院，这是不可行的的通行费。这是客户第一次并且很可能是一次性访问电影院。

I ordered a bowl, with white rice, chicken, black beans, tomatoes, cheese, corn, sour cream, and guacamole. Usually when I come to chipotle I get the same thing, today wasn’t really any different and usually I’m able to finish my food no problem and be fine but… 更多
