My son and husband had lunch on August 25, 2019.
4 hrs later my son was vomiting and he kept on having to vomit for the next 7 to 8 hrs. It was horrifying and concerning just to see my 4 year old in pain and crying. Never do we go into that store again  | 症状: 呕吐

Went today for first time for lunch. Had rainbow taco - (soft tostada bread, corn, avocado, red cabbage, with some white sauce) with a mango ginger iced tea. You get 3 tacos but I only ate 1 1/2 tacos.

I had pepperoni pizza last night around 7 and at 1 pm today I was in the car with my children and I had horrible diarrhea and starting vomiting could not stop .. stopped 3 times on my way home to throw up. I'm still in horrible… 更多

我点了 Santa Fe Car（双芝士汉堡，配以生菜、番茄和鳄梨的烤酸面包）。我是作为午餐外卖购买的，直到我回到办公桌前才吃东西。我咬了两口，然后注意到顶部的肉饼是红色的，不是粉红色的，所以我把它扔了，但是在三明治的其余部分。晚上 10 点左右我有严重的消化不良症，凌晨 3 点左右呕吐了我的午餐和晚餐。到第二天中午我发烧、发冷、更多的抽筋和腹泻。我已经 48 个小时没有再吃东西了，在接下来的六天里，我仍然有气体、抽筋、酸痛和大便松动。
