After having a carnitas bowl with brown rice, black beans, pico, cheese and lettuce, I had diarrhea within hours. I vomited twice the next day, had a fever and watery diarrhea all day. I also had waves of nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

在 Teddy's 吃了。我的妻子和女儿有陀螺拼盘，我有蓝奶酪的翅膀。我是唯一一个生病的人。到了深夜我发冷、身体疼痛和 101 Fever。然后开始出现胃痉挛，出现腹泻... 症状在几个小时内就开始了（4-6？）第二天我克服了发烧/发冷和疼痛，但直到今天还有胃痉挛，今天是星期三，我们星期天吃了。

Purchased packaged lettuce, cilantro and mint from shop rite, other purchased items we're grilled chicken, person affected was the only one to eat the lettuce and herbs, One person ingested items and within 1.5-2 hrs was vomiting and had diahhrea all evening till this afternoon.  | 症状: 呕吐
