我吃了意大利三明治，我认为它被称为用豆奶制成的薄荷订单冰沙。大约 6 小时后，我感到极其痛苦。我有严重的腹泻、恶心、头痛、胃痉挛、背痛。我以为我需要去医院因为疼痛有多严重。因为这样我不得不错过一天的工作。我再也不会从他们那里购买。我尝试向他们发送消息，但他们继续忽视我。今天我打电话要求退款。

Ate a smokehouse burger and crinkle fries around 8pm Sunday 6/24/19 and went to bed around 10. At around 1am I threw up and then again in the morning and felt so sick I had to call out of work. This was the only thing I ate all day other than coffee and vitamin water early in the day.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

进食胃痉挛，头晕，恶心，虚弱后 2-3 小时。然后是低级发烧。在 Shake-hmmm 中发现一根头发还有一半的摇晃在我的冰箱里。
打电话给卫生部看看他们能不能测试一下  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 弱点, 抽筋, 头晕, 发抖
