We ate mcdonalds yesterday around 1p and got two double quarter pounder with cheese and two fries. By 9p we were extremely naseauseas and then began puking. We were throwing up and had diarrhea all night and next morning.i personally threw up 17 times.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

9/1 星期四晚上吃了他们的肉卷饼之一。那天晚上吃完之后，好像一切都在旋转，皮肤在爬行一样无法入睡。星期五恶心、头晕和胃痛最严重。整天都无法进食或喝水，即使水也无法保持下来。接下来的 3 天躺在床上无法移动或进食/喝水。一周后我刚开始吃喝。永远不要相信 Chipotle 这是我第二次从他们的餐厅生病了，之前我在医院住了一个星期。

I ordered a salad with a piece of chicken. Soon after I got home, I couldn't stop puking. I'm very upset to report this. Since I enjoyed your food in the past. This is definitely going to ruin that for me. Never going back.

I ate a shredded beef burrito bowl with pinto beans, medium salsa, white rice & guac -- I've eaten the same thing @ the same place dozens of times even after all the Chipotle horror stories I've read -- never again!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
