We ate mcdonalds yesterday around 1p and got two double quarter pounder with cheese and two fries. By 9p we were extremely naseauseas and then began puking. We were throwing up and had diarrhea all night and next morning.i personally threw up 17 times.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ordered a salad with a piece of chicken. Soon after I got home, I couldn't stop puking. I'm very upset to report this. Since I enjoyed your food in the past. This is definitely going to ruin that for me. Never going back.
