我和男朋友都订购了墨西哥卷饼碗，两个碗中唯一的相似之处是牛肉、白米饭和莎莎酱。两者都在呕吐，有腹泻，恶心，头痛，发冷和可怕的胃痛。我比在这里吃饭更了解，但是价格便宜而且我们饿了。太烂了  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 胃痛, 寒战
