4月17日星期五下午5点，我路过餐厅买了一个humita（里面有奶酪的玉米糊）和一杯黑莓奶昔。我3岁的儿子吃了，他的父亲和我这个母亲也吃了。5点30分我儿子开始呕吐，连续呕吐了8次多，我们把他送到医院，医生告诉我们他中毒了，他唯一吃的食物就是我们在Don Lucho餐厅买的。第二天我丈夫和我也出现了同样的症状。我需要你们请调查一下这家餐厅的食物制作和卫生是否安全。
